For each booking made by an end customer via the Naboo platform or a third-party platform, Naboo receives a commission from the partner.
The commission corresponds to a share ("commission rate") of the so-called realized booking revenue. The commission rate applicable to the partner results from the following price table:
The realized booking revenue includes the total price per stay for accommodation, meals, and other services used by the guest, including all applicable taxes and fees as well as any no-show or cancellation fees. Meals include, among others, breakfast, half board, full board, or all-inclusive offers. The commission for group bookings also applies to rooms occupied as part of a meeting or conference booking. Costs for package deals and all other services bookable via the Naboo platform or third-party platforms (e.g. surcharges for higher room categories, Wi-Fi, fees for late check-out/early check-in, additional persons, resort fees, extra beds, service charges, parking fees, etc.) are also considered realized booking revenue.
The realized booking revenue includes the total price for the event venue, conference packages, rental of meeting/conference rooms, any equipment included in the package, food and beverages, including all applicable taxes and fees as well as any no-show or cancellation fees. Costs for package deals and all other services bookable via the Naboo platform or third-party platforms (e.g. additional setup costs, service charges, parking fees, etc.) are also considered realized booking revenue. The booking of accommodations (e.g. hotel rooms) as part of a meeting or conference booking is subject to the commission for group bookings.
